Your data and choices

Delete your 18 Days account

You can delete your 18 Days: Kurukshetra account and its data at any time, from inside the game or by email. Deleting is permanent.

Delete it in the game

Open 18 Days, choose Settings, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. If you signed in with Google, sign in with Google once more to prove it is you. The account is deleted at once, and the device starts again as a new guest.

Delete it by email

If you cannot open the game, email play18days@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We delete the account and reply to confirm. A guest account has no email address, so it can only be deleted from the game on the device that holds it.

What is deleted

Everything held for the account: your player name and profile picture, your Google email link, your cloud save, Campaign and Story progress, Score and place on the leaderboard, friends and friend requests on both sides, invites, the multiplayer matches you played and their moves, your rating and wallet, feedback and error reports sent from the account, your place on the iPhone app waiting list, the devices that get your notifications, and your Asura Pass. The Asura Pass is lost with the account and cannot be restored.

Deleting in the game also clears the account's progress on that device. On any other device, clearing the browser's site data removes what is left there. The Android app keeps its data in Chrome's site data for play18days.com, so uninstalling the app may leave it behind: clear that site's data in Chrome's settings. Chrome may offer to do this when you uninstall the app.

What is kept

Two records are kept with no time limit, and neither names you. If the account bought the Asura Pass, the purchase's reference number is kept, marked as belonging to a deleted account, so the same purchase cannot be claimed again after a refund. Stripe, Google and Apple keep their own records of the purchase under their policies. A scrambled form of the deleted account number is kept so a device that still holds the old account cannot bring it back.

Read Privacy in 18 Days for how the game handles data while you play.
