Terms of Play

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you play 18 Days: Kurukshetra on play18days.com or in the 18 Days apps. By playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

1. Who we are

18 Days: Kurukshetra is built and run by Udipta Basumatari ("we", "us"). Contact: play18days@gmail.com. How we handle your data is in Privacy in 18 Days, which is part of these terms.

2. Who can play

Anyone can play without signing in. Signing in, multiplayer and buying anything are for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy anything, and they accept these terms for you.

3. Your account

4. The game

The game is free to play. It is still growing: we add, change, rebalance and sometimes remove cards, rules, modes, chapters, rewards and features, and progress or rankings may be adjusted when we do. Quickplay works offline; the Campaign, Story Mode and multiplayer need an internet connection. We work to keep the game running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

5. Purchases

The game sells three things, each a one-time purchase: the Asura Pass, Animated cards, and the Complete Package, which is the Asura Pass and Animated cards together. Each is offered only where and when the game shows it for sale. What this section says about the pass applies to each of them.

6. Score, levels and rewards

Score (Kirti), levels, ratings, Astras, stars and other things you win in the game are part of the game. They are not money or property, cannot be bought, sold or traded, and may be corrected if they were reached by a bug or by breaking these terms.

7. Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. Do not:

If you break these rules, we may undo the progress involved, remove you from the leaderboard, or suspend or delete the account. The server already refuses progress that honest play cannot reach. Found a bug? Report it in Settings under Reach out to us, or through the bug bounty.

8. Player names

Your player name is public. The game makes it from three words and a number, and you can ask for a new one in Profile; you cannot type your own. Your face in the game is a warrior card you pick, never a photo.

9. Our content

The Mahabharata belongs to everyone. Our telling of it does not: the game, its cards, rules, art, music, sound, writing and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to play the game. Do not copy, sell, rent, publish or reuse its content, or copy, take apart or scrape the game or its server, except where the law allows. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and owe nothing for them.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe something in the game infringes your copyright, email play18days@gmail.com with: the work you own, where it appears in the game, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner.

11. Ending

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can. If we close the game, sections 6, 9, 12, 13 and 15 still apply.

12. No promises beyond these

The game is provided as it is. Apart from what these terms say and what the law where you live guarantees you, we make no promises about it, including that it will suit a particular purpose or never lose progress.

13. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss of progress, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

14. The app stores

If you play in the iPhone app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to support the app or to answer claims about it, and is not responsible for it; if the app fails to match any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, which will refund the purchase price of the app (the app is free) and has no other warranty duty. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a United States embargo and not on a United States list of prohibited or restricted parties. The same applies to Google for the Android app, under Google Play's terms.

15. The law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of India decide disputes, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim at home or under its own rules. Please write to us first; most problems can be sorted out by email.

16. Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. We update the date at the top, and for important changes we also tell you in the game before they apply. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, you can stop playing and delete your account.

17. Contact
